Abide
Abide is the final painting in my Magnolia Series, which I started while my son was in treatment. Inspired by the large magnolia tree that stood outside of our St. Jude apartment window, it withstood many strong summer Memphis storms. It represents strength, resilience and survival.
This is an original acrylic painting on gallery stretched canvas. The painting is coated with two layers of professional grade varnish. The painting wraps around the edges of the canvas so no frame is required. It is wired on the back and comes ready to hang directly on your wall.
