Each listing is as clear and transparent as possible. Every order, and sale, are handled with extreme care and precision. I want you to be excited and proud of your purchase! However, if you are not 100% satisfied, I offer a full refund policy (excluding original artworks). Please read the following information below regarding the policy.
Can I return the artwork I purchased?
All sales of original artwork are final. Reproduction prints can be returned. Simply contact Jamie Lynn via email. Then repackage and return the product. I do not cover the cost of return shipping. Once I receive the print, in its original condition and packaging, your credit will be issued.
How long do I have to return a print?
Reproduction prints can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
My artwork arrived damaged or was not delivered, or was stolen from my doorstep. Is this something you can help with?
I am not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS, domestically or internationally), and I am not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery.
Therefore it's important that once you receive your packaged work to handle it, and open it with extreme care.
